Summary

Problem

SIA LUXURY needed a multilingual, scalable eCommerce solution for both retail and wholesale customers.

Solution

2410 developed a WooCommerce-based platform with supplier integrations, role-based logic, and automated translations.

Result

A high-performance online store with demo launch, B2B/B2C features, multilingual support, and ERP-ready infrastructure.

Client story

When the team behind SIA LUXURY approached 2410, they had a clear goal: build a powerful online store that could serve both everyday customers and business buyers. But they also had a long list of specifics - automatic product imports from suppliers, tax logic with reverse VAT, and multilingual support.

Their experience with previous systems made them cautious, so everything had to be scalable and thoughtfully planned. 2410 jumped in with a hands-on approach, helping the client clarify their technical needs, advising on design choices, and even handling communication with third-party ERP providers.

The collaboration was intense but productive, and the result is a smart, flexible platform ready to grow alongside the business.

Project overview

Development of a multilingual online store based on WooCommerce for SIA LUXURY. The website targets both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) clients, providing a seamless eCommerce experience across languages (LV, RU, EN).

The platform supports automatic import of products from three suppliers - Riba Mundo, Wortmann, and Elko - through a dedicated data server that processes and syncs information with the main storefront. Product descriptions and categories are automatically translated using Google Translate via BrightData proxies, ensuring localized content across all markets.

A scalable dual-server infrastructure was built to handle growing product data, automate updates, and allow future expansion. Export functionality to Latvian comparison portals like Salidzini.lv, Kurpirkt.lv, and Ceno.lv is integrated, following their XML specs.

Custom tax logic, including reverse VAT, is built into the platform to handle different business roles. A dynamic B2B/B2C role system ensures role-based pricing and payment workflows - Paysera for retail and invoicing for wholesale.

The platform is optimized for growth with planned 1C ERP integration and protection via Cloudflare and WordPress security plugins. A demo version was rapidly deployed to support early-stage supplier and investor presentations.

SIA LUXURY appreciated 2410's detailed and structured approach to project management and development. The client emphasized the team's high responsiveness, flexibility to changing requirements, and readiness to consult on technical integrations. All critical aspects of the project were thoroughly reviewed and agreed upon, making collaboration effective and productive. The early delivery of a demo store was especially valuable in engaging potential partners.

The result

Launch of the Demo Store

To kick off supplier negotiations and investor presentations, 2410 launched a demo version of the store just 7 days after project start. It included the core WooCommerce installation, selected theme setup, and demo content.

Note: This early version helped validate the concept and start building trust with partners.

Interface Designed for Multilingual eCommerce

The store is built using the Machic WooCommerce theme (Home-2 layout) and tailored for multi-language needs using WPML.

Users can easily switch between Latvian, Russian, and English, with flags enhancing UX.

Automated Imports and Product Listings

One of the most critical achievements was implementing automated product import from 3 different suppliers.

  • Daily syncs with supplier data (via CSV/XML/API)
  • Automatic content translation
  • Tax logic application depending on product type and customer role
  • Display of delivery time per supplier

Optimized Architecture for Performance

The solution uses a two-server architecture:

ServerPurpose
Data ServerHandles supplier syncs, translations, exports
Frontend ServerHosts WooCommerce, handles customer traffic
Tip: This separation allows future integration with 1C ERP without affecting the frontend performance.

Smart Role Management: B2B & B2C

The platform features a role-based system:

  • B2C: Checkout via Paysera, standard pricing
  • B2B: Custom registration with approval, invoice-based checkout, reverse VAT logic

B2B users see net prices and categories marked as reverse VAT, fully automated by a custom plugin.

Translations: Over 44,000 Strings

Using a combo of Google Translate API + WPML, the store automatically translates:

  • Product names and descriptions
  • Categories and attributes

Manual override is possible through the admin panel via WPML > String Translation.

SEO & Aggregator Ready

The store is ready for export to major Latvian price aggregators like:

  1. Salidzini.lv
  2. Kurpirkt.lv
  3. Ceno.lv

Each export follows the exact XML schema required by the platforms, improving visibility and click-through rates.

Secure and Ready to Scale

All traffic is routed through Cloudflare, providing DDoS protection, caching, and HTTPS. Admin tools are locked down, and security plugins are pre-installed.

Note: Project was deployed on scalable cloud servers (DigitalOcean) with flexible hosting plans.

Final Words

The result? A fully functional, scalable, and multilingual eCommerce store built on WooCommerce, tailored to the needs of SIA LUXURY. It’s live, localized, and already processing supplier data automatically.

With a modular backend, advanced role logic, and future-proof infrastructure—this store is ready for serious growth.
